Hi! I'm Sonia the creator of the Yoga Writers Journal.

I created this journal to give black women in Yoga a safe space to write and track their Yoga practices.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher, and healing facilitator living in Charlotte, NC, my hope that is that black women will use this journal to unlock the true joy of their spirit, bring light to the dark areas, heal themselves, and create the lives they want to live.
